Salman Khan To Play Baddie In ‘Eega 2’?

S. S. Rajamouli’s hit film ‘Eega’ impressed the audiences in 2012. The story of how a man reincarnates as a fly to take revenge was appreciated by the Hindi audiences as well. And now, its sequel may have a Bollywood actor playing the baddie.

K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, Rajamouli’s father, recently revealed that Salman Khan has shown interest in being part of the sequel and he may be seen playing the antagonist. If the reports turn out to be true, then the actor will soon be making a grand entry into Tollywood. Vijayendra Prasad wrote the story of the actor’s super-hit film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.

The prequel had Nani and Samantha as the lead pair and Kannada superstar Sudeep played the villain in the flick. If Salman is roped in for the film, he will have a great challenge of meeting the standards set by Sudeep. ‘Eega 2’ is expected to go on floors after Rajamouli wraps up ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. However, an official confirmation is awaited regarding the project.
