Shahid to work in Hindi remake of Tamil blockbuster

Chennai, March 1 -- After Salman Khan, now it is the turn of Shahid Kapoor to do the remake of a SouthIndian film. If reports are to be believed, Shahid has consented to act in the Hindi version of Tamil filmVettai with UTV.N. Linguswamy, who directed Vettai starring Arya and R. Madhavan, will direct the Hindi version as well.According to reports, after seeing the film recently, Shahid agreed to be a part of the remake instantlyand also allotted dates to the producers of the film, shooting of which will begin from mid-Aprilonwards.
