Shruti Haasan hands out support to Earth Hour 2013 campaign

Shruti Haasan has joined the club of Earth Hour supporters and duly joined hands with WWF-India to assure her support to the Earth Hour 2013 campaign, with an aim to raise awareness and inspire individual action on climate change. This year the Earth Hour would be observed on March 23rd between 8:30 and 9:30 pm. Several others have joined hands to spread the awareness to switch off electricity in the specific period of time.

The actress, who is believed to be playing the lead in Allu Arjun's next movie, has shared her pleasure to be a part of this awareness campaign. Celebrities like Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar and Vidya Balan, have taken the responsibility this time to endorse the cause which will help to take the message out to the common mass.
