Shwetha Menon’s Kalimannu in trouble

Creating woes for the makers of Shwetha Menon’s filmKalimannu, the Kerala Fim Exhibitors' Federation has threatened to boycott the film as the actress’ real life delivery was captured live for the Blessy's film. Activists are criticizing the shoot saying, it is the commercialization of the 'most private affair of a woman'. Liberty Basheer, president of the federation, says, "We are concerned about the movie's content. If the director includes the delivery scene, we will definitely boycott it".

Earlier, Kerala Speaker G Karthikeyan had also condemned Shwetha for allowing her delivery to be recorded live on camera, accusing that such an act is a breach on morality. Later on many came in support of the Speaker.
