    Soundarya’s mother, nephew locked in legal war over her property



    The family members of famous South Indian actress Soundarya, who died in a tragic plane crash in 2004, are indulged in a bitter war over her property. According to sources, to claim the actress’ over Rs. 50 crore worth property, the late star’s relatives are fighting in court. Sources said that while on the one hand, her husband G.S Raghu and her mother K.S. Manjula want to claim the entire property, on the other hand, widow of her brother who died in the same crash, Nirmala, and her son Sathvik also want a share in it.

    The late actress had reportedly mentioned in her will that one of the houses be bequeathed to Sathvik and another house should be jointly given to her mother and her brother’s family and another house was to be bequeathed to her husband and children. Sathvik approached the court claiming that his grandmother is stopping him from taking over his house. In response, Manjula and Raghu have also filed a police complaint saying the will executed in 2003 was forged. The case will be heard on November 2 next.
