Sreenu Vaitla: Directing Chiranjeevi Was Best Birthday Gift

Filmmaker Sreenu Vaitla turned 42 on Sept. 24. The acclaimed director believes that the chance to direct megastar Chiranjeevi in his forthcoming movie 'Bruce Lee' is the best birthday gift he could have ever asked for. The superstar will be seen playing a cameo along with his son Ram Charan in the movie.

Sreenu was quoted saying, "The opportunity to direct Chiranjeevi is the best birthday gift I could've asked for. I'm really looking forward to shoot with him”. It is being said that Chiranjeevi will be seen in an action sequence and a song in the film. He will reportedly shoot his portion on the end of the current month.

He further continued that, "In the last week of September, he will join the sets. Barring two songs and some patchwork, most of the film has already been completed and we've simultaneously started working on the post-production. As planned, the film will release worldwide on October 16".
