Sri Reddy Opened Up, Felt Like Committing Suicide

Telugu actress Sri Reddy created a storm earlier this year after she stripped in public to protest against casting couch. The actress has accused some big and known personalities including Shekar Kammula, Nani and Abhiram Daggubati of sexually exploiting her. And now, Reddy threatened to kill herself if she doesn’t get justice.

A police complaint has been filed against Sri Reddy. As per the complaint, activist Varahi has alleged that Sri Reddy has been accusing celebrities with a motive of extorting money from them. In a recent interview to a television channel, Sri Reddy reportedly broke down and threatened to kill herself if she doesn’t get justice. Sri Reddy said that she is a victim in the issue and she is not able to get justice.

Sri Reddy has been single-handedly fighting against the casting couch culture in Telugu film industry. Talking about the sensational assault case of a popular Malayalam actress, Sri Reddy said that the whole film industry came in support of the actress, while she continues to fight a lone battle. The actress claimed that even many Kollywood personalities took advantage of her like AR Murugadoss, Sundar C, Raghava Lawrence, Srikanth and Sundeep Kishan.
