'Srimanthudu’ Enters Rs. 70 Crore Club

Directed by Koratala Siva, ‘Srimanthudu’ is a family drama starring Mahesh Babu and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. The plot of the movie was based on a different concept. It was an escape from Mahesh’s usual style of movies. Moreover, Mahesh Babu was praised by everyone for his role in this film.

The movie is still doing a great business at the box office. It has managed to collect Rs. 70 crores. The movie has surpassed big earners of TFI. This has become the third movie of the Prince of Tollywood, which has joined Rs. 50 crores club. 

Mahesh Babu’s ‘Srimanthudu’ has become the fourth highest grossing movie of south. It is expected that the movie will continue to do well at the box office till the end of its third week also. And if this happens by any chance, the movie will likely leave behind the life-time collection of ‘Atharintiki Daredi’.
