Srinivas Raju To Make Tollywood Debut

Latest news reveals that director Srinivas Raju will be working on an upcoming film, where Sharwanand is said to play the lead role. Srinivas had earlier helmed Kannada-language crime, Dandupalya in 2012, which became a successful film. The upcoming film in Telugu will mark the director’s debut in Tollywood Industry.

The director also revealed that his film will not be a love story. He said, “I have waited a long time for my debut in Telugu and I'm really thrilled to rope in a versatile actor like Sharwanand for my first film. Dandupalyam is my identity whereas Sharwanand, of late has done family entertainers such as Shatamanam Bhavati and Mahanubhavudu”.

“Naturally, there's a lot of curiosity about what our collaboration is going to churn out. All I can say is that it will be something absolutely unique and the biggest film in the career of Sharwanand till date”. As actor Sharwanand is busy with another project with director Hanu Raghavapudi at present, the film will go on floors once he finishes.
