S.S. Rajamouli Got Upset! Know Why?

S.S. Rajamouli, who is personified as a calm and quite individual, recently got irked. He lately did an interview with director Krish in which he highly praised the film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’. But, he was misquoted by a Telugu newspaper which irritated this legendary director.

He allowed Krish’s team to use the excerpts of the interview for print media. Surprisingly, a certain newspaper quoted Rajamouli as if he had written a letter of appreciation to Krish for ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’. He realised about this happening when some people on social media advised him that his letter to Krish was not good for his reputation.

Reportedly, Rajamouli got very angry with Krish’s team. He took to twitter to explain what actually happened. He clarified, “Although the content is from the interview, the way it was phrased is a bit overdramatic. I asked Krish and waited for a clarification from his team, but it didn’t come through. My view towards the film, Krish and his team hasn’t changed. I wish the film collects even more paving way for more historicals... Just that the letters are not written by me... (sic).”
