Surabhi bags a Telugu project

After making entry in Kollywood industry with a romantic thriller named Ivan Veramathiri, the pretty actress Surabhi is all set to sizzle in Tollywood as she would soon be seen in a Telugu film directed by Kanmani. The film which is yet to be titled also stars Sundeep Kishen in the lead role. The newbie says, "We've already finished two schedules for the film. I'm paired opposite Sundeep Kishen (of Yaaruda Mahesh fame) in the film. It's a breezy entertainer."

Talking about her role in the film, the actress says, "I played this chirpy, girl-next-door in my debut Tamil film. But, my role in this one is quite glamorous." Surbhi was supposed to do a film by Suseenthiran. However, she had to opt out of the project. "It's quite unfortunate, but the dates that I was asked to allot were clashing with the dates on which I was supposed to give my exams. So, I couldn't do the project," she says. Surbhi’s another Tamil movie titled Velaiyilla Pattadhari is releasing on July 18.
