The much awaited Telugu remake of the upcoming movie ‘ Queen ’, featuring Tamannaah Bhatia has been put on hold. The movie is supposed to be directed by Neelakanta Reddy but now has hit a roadblock after he walked off from the project due to creative differences with Tamannaah. The director will now only helm the Malayalam version.

It is reported that Ramesh Arvind was asked to take over the Telugu version of this film. However, Ramesh is busy wrapping up the Kannada and Tamil versions and will start rolling for the Telugu version later. “Director Ramesh Aravind will shoot the Telugu version after he wraps up the Kannada and Tamil versions of Queen, which have been progressing briskly. Even the Malayalam version is close to being wrapped up,” said a source.

Reacting to these allegations, Tamannaah said,” I would like to reiterate and clarify that no actor ever has had a say in the technical process of a film. My team or I didn’t enjoy any administrative authority in the creative role play for the Telugu version of Queen”. Moreover, she will be essaying the role of Kangana Ranaut in the movie.
