Thaman to score music for Tamil remake of Delhi Belly

Noted music director S.S. Thaman has reportedly been signed to composesongs for the Tamil remake of 2011 Bollywood comedy Delhi Belly. The remake, which willbe produced by UTV Motion Pictures in Kollywood, might cast Arya, Hansika, Santhanam andAnjali in the lead roles under the direction of Kannan, however an official announcement is yetto be made in this regard. According to reports, some changes will be done to the original scriptto suit the Tamil audiences as the Bollywood version was given an 'A' certificate for its obscenelanguage and adult content. The original film was written by Akshat Verma and produced byAamir Khan Productions and Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd.
