‘Thani Oruvan’ Remake To Go On Floors In January

Recently, it was confirmed that Arvind Swamy will be reprising his role of Siddharth Abhimanyu for the Telugu version of ‘Thani Oruvan’. Yesterday, Shruti Haasan was roped in for the role of the female lead in the film. She will be seen romancing Ram Charan in the film.

According to reports, the project, which will be helmed by Surender Reddy, will go on floors in the second week of January next year. Currently, the film is in its pre-production stage, which will soon be completed.  People have been eagerly waiting for the film to start. The original version turned out to be a blockbuster and same is expected with the Telugu version.

Reportedly, Amees Mishra, the cinematographer of hit Bollywood film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, will wield the camera for the film. Hiphop Tamizha will be scoring the music. Allu Aravind and N.V. Prasad will be jointly producing the action- thriller film.
