Varun Tej Joins Hands With Sekhar Kammula

Rumours were doing the rounds that Varun Tej is in talks with director Sekhar Kammula for his next. After being rejected by Ram Charan, the filmmaker approached the rising star for his next venture. Reports suggest that the two have agreed terms and have teamed up for a new film.

Reports suggest that the flick will be a romantic entertainer set in the backdrop of the U.S. and Telangana. Speculations were rife that the film would be a sequel of director’s hit film ‘Leader’. But sources close to the director thrashed the reports.

Reportedly, the script of the yet-to-be titled venture is in its final stages and the film will be funded by Dil Raju. The project is expected to go on floors soon and sources claim that the Loafer actor will be seen in an ultra stylish look in the movie. The makers are expected to soon announce the rest of the details regarding the cast and the crew.
