Venkatesh wants to play Big B’s character in Piku’s Telugu remake

Piku has done a great job in domestic as well as international market. If the rumours are to be trusted, Telugu actor, Venkatesh is eyeing for a Telugu remake of the film. Reportedly, the actor had expressed his interest in the film and talked about its remake with several filmmakers.

Next, Telugu actress Samantha, is likely to play Deepika Padukone’s character in the film. On the other hand, the Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu actor is eying for Big B’s character, the constipated old father. There are no updates on who would play Irrfan Khan’s role in the film.

Further, it is said that the film is going to be produced by Suresh Productions. The production team is already in talks with Piku’s filmmakers. However, these are just rumours. Neither the production nor the actors have confirmed the news, as of now.
