Venkatesh’s Next Decided?

Last month it was reported that Venkatesh may be seen in the Telugu remake of hit Bollywood film ‘Piku’ starring Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padkone. Speculations were rife that his brother Suresh Babu would acquire the remake rights of the Shoojit Sircar directorial and the film will be Venkatesh’s next. But now, the actor has been linked to a new project.

According to the reports, writer Vakkantham Vamsi is ready with a story for the Masala actor. Speculations are rife that he will be seen playing a cop in the flick. Vamsi may direct the project as well.

However the writer says that he has different plans. He said, "My first directorial venture will be with NTR. As for the script, I did narrate a story to Venkatesh recently, but I can't say anything more than that at the moment". He added that the script still needs polishing and the search for a suitable director is on. Kishore Kumar Pardasani, who directed the actor’s last offering ‘Gopala Gopala’, is being considered for helming the film.
