Veteran actress Manorama hospitalised due to breathing problem

Legendry Tamil actress Manorama, who has acted in over 1500 films so far , has been admitted to St. Isabel hospital here due to chronic breathing disability, according to reports. The veteran actress, who is called Aachi affectionately, was last seen in Ponnar Shankar in 2011. According to sources, a doctor has been called from Australia to treat the senior actress, who is presently kept in ICU. She was admitted due to breathing problem, doctors have diagnosed with stones in the kidney apart from this she is absolutely fine, Aachis son Bhupathi told reporters. However, Manoramas condition is under control and doctors said that she will be fine within a couple of days.
