Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu Launches NTR

A biopic on former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP founder NT Rama Rao is one of the most anticipated biopics in the movie business. What’s special about it is that it was launched today on March 29 by respected Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu as the chief guest. Other politicos and celebrities graced the occasion.

It was earlier reported that the Chief Ministers of the two Telugu states would be the chief guests at the biopic launch event. However, they were not able to make it due to the ongoing political scenario in both the states. This is when the makers decided to request Naidu to grace the occasion.

The biopic will be helmed by Teja and will be bankrolled by Vishnu Induri and Sai Korrapati jointly. Bollywood actress Vidya Balan will be seen playing the role of NTR ’s wife, Basavatharakam. NTR’s son Balakrishna will play his role on screen.
