Vijay Devarakonda: I'm Going To Have A Very Busy Year Ahead

It seems like Pelli Choopulu fame Vijay Devarakonda is on a signing spree as he is being bombarded with offers. The young hero has a number of films in his kitty as of now. The actor, who has always wanted to take it slow and pick only the right scripts, is apparently experimenting with a variety of roles.

Touching upon his packed schedule, Vijay was quoted as saying, “I'm going to have a very busy year ahead. It might look like I'm signing every film coming my way, but trust me that's not the case. I just got a bunch of interesting offers lately, after Pelli Choopulu”. The actor also spoke up on his upcoming movie which will be directed by Nandini Reddy.

“It will be a rom-com. The movie is set in the film industry itself. I will be playing the manager of a big movie star who falls in love with the manager of another big star. The search for the female lead is on. We are planning to start filming from January”, Vijay stated.

Talking about his first supernatural thriller, the actor said, “Rahul Sankrityan is directing the movie, a supernatural thriller. I loved the script. I will be playing a cabbie in the movie”.

On a related note, the 27-year-old actor has recently completed filming for Srinivas Ravindra’s ‘Dwaraka’.
