Will S.S. Rajamouli Be Able To Pull Off ‘Garuda’?

Last month it was reported that after completing the shooting of ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’, director S.S. Rajamouli will start working on his dream project.  The project has garnered a lot of attention as it has a mega budget of Rs. 1000 crores. The film’s title has been confirmed as ‘Garuda’.

The news regarding budget of ‘Garuda' excited the people, but many people from the Telugu Film Industry considered the idea of spending Rs. 1000 crores on a regional movie a stupid move. However, many believe that Rajamouli has a planned strategy behind the mega project. It is known that the Magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ had a budget of Rs. 200 crores, no one thought that the movie would fetch  Rs. 200 crores. But the director proved himself and the movie went on to collect more than Rs. 600 crores. Due to the major success of the flick, many producers are ready to invest in the grand project.

However, reports suggest that the project won’t be launched until sufficient funds are collected. Also, the director will be unveiling a 25-second teaser, which will be made with Rs. 25 crores. The teaser will be used to attract more producers for investments. Many believe that he will pull off the venture and will generate enough profits.
