Writer Calls Chiranjeevi’s 150th Film Xerox Copy

Writer Calls Chiranjeevi’s 150th Film Xerox Copy

Chiranjeevi is currently busy shooting for his 150th film, remake of blockbuster Tamil film ‘Kaththi’. There is a huge buzz around the film, which is being bankrolled by actor’s son Ram Charan. But writer Chinni Krishna, who has worked with the Megastar in ‘Indra’, has made a controversial statement about the film.

Reportedly, the writer penned a story for the landmark film of the Stalin actor, but he did not like it. Krishna told an online portal, "I narrated a script to Chiranjeevi garu, but he didn't like it.  My judgement never goes wrong.  But it's his personal opinion and prerogative (to feel something is not right for him).  He is doing a remake now.  So, I would say, it's a Xerox copy".

Looks like the writer has not been able to deal with the rejection. The yet-to-be titled project has garnered lot of attention in the recent past. Speculations are rife that Jagapathi Babu will be roped in for the film which is being helmed by V.V. Vinayak, however an official confirmation is awaited.
