Yuddham Sharanam’s Failure Caused Rs 11 Crore Loss To Sai Korrapati

After a string of successful movies in 2016, actor Naga Chaitanya ’s recently released flick Yuddham Sharanam bombed at the box-office. The action-thriller film co-starred Lavanya Tripathi. Helmed by by debutant Krishna Marimuthu, the flick was bankrolled by Sai Korrapati on Varahi Chalana Chitram banner.

Now if reports are to be released, the film has incurred a loss of Rs 11 crore to Sai Korrapati. As per a source, “The overall loss is Rs 11 crore and it’s a big jolt for the producer”. The flick released last week and got not-so-good reviews. It brought disappointment to the makers.

Reports added that this will be the producer’s fourth flop in a row. On a related note, there is something that could balance out this loss. As per reports, Sai had made a huge profit after buying Baahubali ’s distribution rights for Visakhapatnam.
