    During her time in Kangana Ranaut ’s celebrity prison Lock Upp , actress and kaidi Mandana Karimi made several headlines. May it be the time she revealed that a filmmaker that she was in a relationship with made her abort their child, or the episode in which she accused fellow prisoner Ali Merchant of mas******ing in the bathroom area. Well, there was also one time when she got into an argument with jailor Karan Kundrra . She had questioned why he was silent when a female contestant got pushed and Karan had hit back by asking her not to use the woman card. Post this argument, Mandana had walked out of the show.

    The actress did return and apologized to Karan, but his fans continued to troll her on social media. Well, in an exclusive interaction with Desimartini, Mandana opened up about the same and shared, “Karan and I are friends, you know, (since) before the show but then that conversation, that argument happened in the heat of the moment and everything that he said was in the heat of the moment and has nothing to do with my friendship with him. And I think I realized that jail ka mahaul aisa hi hai ki you feel like oh because he’s my friend he should take my side.”

    She went on to explain, “I needed to understand that he’s doing his work as well and I’m there as an individual and doing my job, right? So we spoke about it and we hugged each other and I think it’s all well and done.” Talking about his performance in the show, Mandana stated, “As far as a jailor, I’m really proud of him, he’s doing a great job and there was an incident that he had to handle two days ago, which I saw the episode and I feel he’s doing a great job. It’s very difficult to manage a place with so many people who are, you know, stuck in a jail, and he’s doing a great job.”

    The actress was evicted from the reality show earlier this week.
