Exclusive: Poonam Pandey is open to doing Bigg Boss 16; feels Anjali Arora does not deserve to win Lock Upp

Poonam Pandey was recently evicted from Lock Upp after coming very close to the finale. In an exclusive chat with Desimartini, Poonam revealed whom she does and does not see as the winner of the show. The actress-model also expressed her wish to do Bigg Boss 16.

Talking about the person whom she sees as the winner of Lock Upp, Poonam Pandey was quick to name Munawar Faruqui and was not quite enamored of Anjali Arora ’s game on the show. The Nasha actress said, “I think Munawar (Faruqui) can win because everyone's loving him and he's playing a very good game. If someone does not deserve to win, it is Anjali because she's playing a nasty game. Backstabbing and betrayal are not a mind game. That's my point of view.”

Talking about her future work plans, Poonam Pandey said that she is open to doing Bigg Boss 16 and some web shows. She said, “I totally believe that. I did this show for people to know me. I know they like to judge but at least judge after knowing the real me. Yes, I'm looking forward to starting things with a clean slate and am open to doing whatever this universe provides me. I'm sitting at home right now but I hope and pray that I don't get to sit at my house for long. I'm manifesting this so much because when you're working, you tend to forget all your pain and worries. I'm open to anything now, even Bigg Boss.”

Furthermore, Poonam Pandey spoke about her bond with her mother Vidya Pandey. The Journey Of Karma actress was also visited by her mother in the family week in Lock Upp. Poonam said, “She's so opposite to me, she doesn't even eat onions and garlic in her food. Whenever I go home to meet her, she's always fasting for something or the other reason. And on the other hand, I'm a big Bhukkad who loves eating. My mantra is if you're earning so much, why waste it on only a salad? Even now sometime back, I ate a burger (laughs). My mom is proud of me because she knows I've gone through a lot. She knows that I've been taking care of our house and I feel Maa Ho Toh Aise Ho (A mother should be like this) who always forgives her child. I respect her a lot for giving me that forgiveness.”

Poonam Pandey was evicted during the last arena task after she lost out the same to Saisha Shinde. However, she received several praises from jailor Karan Kundrra while exiting the show. Poonam was bid farewell from the show with claps and laurels from the jailor and her co-contestants.
