Indian Police Force: Sidharth Malhotra injuries himself while shooting an action sequence with Rohit Shetty in Goa

Sidharth Malhotra is joining Rohit Shetty ’s expanding cop universe with the web series Indian Police Force and is busy shooting for it in Goa along with the filmmaker. On Sunday afternoon, Sidharth shared a glimpse of the behind the scenes footage of the action sequence he has been shooting on a boat in Goa.

In the video shared, Sidharth an be seen tackling the bad guys and even pushing one guy into the water. In the process the actor injured his arm and shared but he didn’t stop till he perfectly delivered the shot.

Sidharth sustained minor injuries on his arm and shared a picture with Rohit Shetty showing the cuts which were still bleeding mildly.

Rohit who was filming the scene also shared a picture of himself, manually handling a camera on a boat as the shoot continued in Goa. The filmmaker who has a big smile on his face in the candid shot wrote, “Goa... Action Mode!!! INDIAN POLICE FORCE 🇮🇳”

Indian Police Force the web series was announced last month with Sidharth Malhotra in the lead along with Shilpa Shetty , and Vivek Oberoi also joining the cast. The first looks of all the three actors were shared as the project began production.

The web series will arrive on Amazon Prime Video and is a part of the platform’s line-up of Indian Originals for 2022-2023. At a mega event where the line-up was announced, Rohiot Shetty said that he wants to make Indian Police Force as a series that can rival international series and Hollywood ventures.

Sidharth plays the protagonist Inspector Kabir Malik in the web series who is a part of the Special Cell of Delhi Police.
