Karan Johar has been reading all the critical reactions to his hosting on the current season of Koffee With Karan and has finally reacted to at least one of the complaints that viewers have with him. Now, while it is no secret that Karan has father like affection for his prodigy Alia Bhatt but some viewers of Koffee With Karan 7 feel that it a bit of an overkill, the number of times the host mentions her on his celebrity chat show.

The filmmaker and chat show host who gave Alia her big break in Bollywood with Student of the Year a decade ago has not shied away from reacting to this particular accusation, though there is a whole barrage of other things people have complaints about. Karan has no regrets bringing up Alia’s number countless times of the show in each episode and his latest tweet coveys as much.

A journalist shared her views on Twitter saying she’d by drunk by the end of a Koffee With Karan episode if she took a shot every time Karan mentions Alia on the show. Karan had a hearty response where he said that Alia brings him luck and proclaimed his love for the actress writing ‘Alia forever’ in a hashtag.

Karan wrote, “Please don’t be sad about that! It’s a good name to take my friend! You try it! May turn out to be luck for you as it is for me! #aliaforever #koffeequotetweet”.

Alia Bhatt, for the second time became Kara Johar’s guest on an opening episode of Koffee With Karan. The privilege is usually reserved for Karan’s friend like family Shah Rukh Khan. Alia appeared on Koffee With Karan 7 with Ranveer Singh, who she will be seen opposite in Karan’s next directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
