Karan Kundrra on working with GF Tejasswi in Lock Upp: “Biggest embarrassment was that I forgot I was a jailor”

The first season of Lock Upp was an absolute blast for the audiences. May it be the controversial kaidis, Kangana Ranaut ’s OTT debut as host or Karan Kundrra ’s entry into the jail as a jailor-- Ekta Kapoor’s reality show had all the elements to become a sure shot winner. Towards the end of the season, right before the badass grand finale, makers even roped in Naagin 6 actress Tejasswi Prakash to be the warden for a special episode. It was a delight for # TejRan fans to see Karan and Tejasswi together on screen after Bigg Boss 15 .

In a recent chat with ETimes post the show, Karan opened up about working with his girlfriend and shared, “Jab Tejasswi enter hui, I forgot that I was a jailor. But it was a lot of fun. We were in Bigg Boss together, there were cameras here also around us and it felt like that, but the biggest embarrassment was that I forgot that I was a jailor. The contestants also started teasing me 'bhai aap toh ab jailor he nahi lag rahe, Karan Kundrra ban gaye ho'. It was beautiful, amazing and thanks to her she actually took out time and come here.”

The two couldn’t stop flirting with each other and made all the contestants go aww with their adorable chemistry. Talking about his stint in the show, Karan described the journey of the jailor as a rollercoaster ride. While it was quite fun, he did have to take some tough decisions too. But one thing that Karan knows for sure is this-- he does not want to be a contestant on a reality show again as he feels he is better off behind the scenes. Well, that’s where the magic happens. But we are sure fans would like to see Karan participate in a show again. Let’s hope he changes his mind!
