The highly anticipated Peacemaker series is coming to HBO Max in January. Starring John Cena who will be reprising his role from James Gunn's Suicide Squad movie, the character, and Cena's portrayal was a hit with fans.

Well, it seems that every episode of the new show will have a post-credit scene according to writer/director James Gunn who answered a fan's question via Twitter. While most superhero movies have post-credit, it is a bit rarer for a series to have them.

Peacemaker has been described as a 'Douchery version of Captain America' and will see him join a new team under the watchful gaze of Clemson Murn played by Chukwudi Iwuji who will act as a replacement for Amanda Waller.

The show will consist of eight episodes with the first three episodes set to stream on HBO Max on 13 January, the rest of the cast include Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, Jennifer Holland, and Freddie Stroma.
