'There’s only one end goal' Kingpin actor Vincent D'Onofrio wants to take on Spiderman in the MCU

    The actor revealed in a recent interview that his dream is to see Kingpin face off against Spiderman in an all-out fight to the end.

    Kingpin will make his next MCU appearance in the upcoming Disney + series Daredevil: Born Again , which will be a soft reboot of the Daredevil franchise after its transition from Netflix to Marvel Studios.

    The series has a lot of hype surrounding it, not only because of the return of the original cast but also the larger impact it will have on the Marvel Cinematic universe.

    There are already rumors floating around that the next Spiderman movie will focus on a team-up between the Webslinger and the Devil of Hell's Kitchen.

    In the comics, the duo has teamed up several times with both sharing a strong friendship and one of the major reasons for them teaming up is to take on the Kingpin.

    So it is no wonder that fans are delfighted at the fact that Kingpin actor Vincent D'Onofrio expressed his interst in taking on Spiderman in the big screen.

    During an appearance at Salt Lake FanX 2022 in Utah, the actor was asked about his thoughts on a fight between the two to which he said

    "I mean, there’s only one really end goal...and I think somebody just said who that would be,"

    He was also asked which version of Spiderman he would want to see face off against The Kingpin, to which the actor said

    "Well, I know a lot of these answers that I give you are not the answers that you want, but I want to fight all of them. It doesn’t even have to be at the same time. I just want them all. Let’s know the truth. I want them all."

    Daredevil Born Again

    Hopefully, this rumor turns out to be true and we finally get to see Spiderman take on one of his biggest villains in live-action for the first time. For now, we will have to wait till Daredevil: Born Again comes out in 2024.
