‘Bhagwan ke liye chhod do’, says Shalin after Tina makes a cameo in his performance; asks Bigg Boss 16 for chicken

Television actor Shalin Bhanot ’s stay in Bigg Boss 16 was no less than a roller coaster ride. There were many highs like his adorable moments with Maahin, fun banter with Bigg Boss and times he flaunted his killer dance moves. But there were also a few lows when he had to explain his need for chicken, was accused of acting on the reality show and most of all, his broken love story with Tina Datta . They became friends, fell for each other but ultimately decided there was no future and split up on a nasty note. Nevertheless, she was an important part of his journey.

So obviously Tina will be making a final cameo in his performance at the grand finale this weekend! Well, kind of. We got a glimpse of the same in the latest teaser of the last Weekend Ka Vaar shared by makers on social media. The clip begins with Shalin grooving to the preppy dance number Bijli in a bright yellow suit. Like always, watching him burn the dance floor is an absolute delight. But he suddenly stops midway through his energetic performance and innocently says, “Bigg Boss, aapne chicken nahi bheja Bigg Boss. Bhej dijiye naa.”

Later, a group of background dancers gather around him with cardboard cutouts of Tina along with placards which have the words ‘over acting’ and ‘fake’ written on them. We then hear a recording of Tina saying ‘Sha’, which is what she called Shalin when they were on better terms. Well, the actor will frustratedly request, “Shalin aur Tina ek saath yeh shabd aane nahi chahiye! Mujhe yeh do naam ek saath nahi chaahiye please! Bhagwan ke liye chhod do.” Wow! Now that was unexpected.

We can’t help but wonder how Tina will respond to this at the Grand Finale when she graces the Bigg Boss stage along with other evicted contestants of this season. Any guesses?
