Bigg Boss 16 fame Archana Gautam shares what she regrets most from the reality show; reveals winner's trophy meant a lot for her

Archana Gautam became a household name after her stint on Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 16 . Though she could not lift the winner’s trophy, she was one of the most entertaining contestants of the season. Recently, she looked back on her journey on the show and regretted saying a few things to a wild card entry contestant Vikkas Manaktala during a fight.

The bikini-model had made a personal attack on Vikkas by targeting his fatherhood after he taunted her about her father and political career. She had said that he could not become a father till date. In a recent interview with Etimes, she said, “I regret saying a few things to Vikkas Manaktala during a fight. But I also believe that “I was pushed towards giving such a reaction. I was not the first one to comment on his family. He commented on my political career, then father and that’s when I lost my cool and I said something which I shouldn't have. So, I regret that.”

Further, Archana also expressed disappointment about losing the game. She stated that she wanted to be an inspiration for the young girls from her community. Winning the trophy she could have set an example for many such girls to never give up their dreams. “Usually girls from our community get married at an early age and they are not given education. Infact, when a girl is born they consider it as a burden, so I wanted to change that mindset and set an example. I felt if I would have won the show many would have got inspired and they would have also given a chance to their girls,” she added.

Meanwhile, Archana is currently looking for projects to start her career in the entertainment industry. She has expressed interest in working in a non-fiction genre citing examples of shows like The Kapil Sharma Show . She believes she has the ability to make people laugh. The Bigg Boss fame is also reportedly approached to be part of Rohit Shetty’s stunt reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
