Bigg Boss 16 finalist Shalin Bhanot's first look in Ekta Kapoor's Beqaboo out, fans compare it with Brahmastra

Shalin Bhanot grabbed several eyeballs for his stint in the recently concluded Bigg Boss 16 . While he ended up as the fourth runner-up on the show, it was announced on the grand finale itself that the actor has grabbed a new supernatural show titled Beqaboo backed by none other than TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor . And now, the promo of the show is finally out and shows Shalin in a fiery and super-hot avatar.

Talking about the same, the promo is based against the backdrop of the mythical fight between fairies and demons. We hear a voiceover that says whenever the world faced a fear of destruction by the demons, the fairies fought them to protect the universe. We then see how a fairy played by actress Eisha Singh takes birth in a human form. The voiceover then says how her powers and the powers of Shalin Bhanot’s character will see a terrifying clash. 

By the looks of it, Shalin plays a demon who also takes birth in human form. We see him donning an all-black attire and sporting an intense expression as he runs toward Eisha’s character. We also see a demon’s silhouette behind him hinting towards his powers as an evil entity. The promo might also hint toward a romantic track involving the two. Take a look at the promo.

No sooner was the promo released than Shalin Bhanot’s fans started trending Beqaboo on Twitter. One of the fans also compared the show’s first look to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra. The tweet read, “Wow!! Shalin’s new show Beqaboo promo is already out. It’s literally giving Brahamastra vibes. Big budget n awesome VFX. Awesome first look, looking forward.” For the unversed, Ekta had come on Bigg Boss 16 and had taken an audition of all the contestants o the show. She was impressed by Shalin’s audition and had hinted that she will approach him soon for a project.
