Bigg Boss 16: From 'Priyankit' to a mystery woman, Salman Khan welcomes new contestants for an exciting season

Salman Khan is all set to kickstart the new season of Bigg Boss 16 today (October 1) and the promos that are coming in by the makers are only adding to the excitement. Well, it is not a hidden fact that Udaariyan actors Priyanka Chaudhary and Ankit Gupta are also participating in the show. So needless to say, fans went into a frenzy when a promo teased everyone about the two coming on the show.

Talking about the same, even though the promo didn’t show Priyanka Chaudhary and Ankit Gupta’s faces, it was very evident that it is the duo who are coming on the show together. The promo shows the two dancing in the song ‘Nach Punjaban’ from Jug Jugg Jeeyo. Salman Khan soon teases them about their relationship status as it has been rumored that the two are dating each other. To this, Priyanka can be seen writing ‘Best Buddies’ on a small board saying that she shares a unique relationship with Ankit wherein they care for each other a lot even if they don’t talk to each other. However, Salman further goes on to tease them while the promo only focuses on their eyes. Take a look at the same.

The makers of Bigg Boss 16 also shared another promo wherein they teased the fans about a mystery female contestant. The promo shows a silhouette of a woman dancing to the song ‘Chaka Chak’ from Atrangi Re. Well, we cannot see her face on the promo but we do have our own guesses. Going by the same, the contestant can be an anticipated female contestant of this season like Tina Datta or Sreejita De. Take a look at the promo.

Talking about the show, the other promos saw Salman Khan welcoming many other interesting contestants. The superstar could be seen bonding with rapper McStan and dancer Gori Nagori as they are all set to participate in the show. The actor also welcomed Chhoti Sarrdarni actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia on the show.
