Bigg Boss 16 Promo: Sumbul gets her revenge from Shalin during nominations; latter admits missing the Imlie actress

Last week in Bigg Boss 16 , the nominations task brought in major twists. While Tina Datta and Shiv Thakare got into a nasty verbal spat despite being from the same ‘mandali’, Shalin Bhanot left the contestants shocked when he nominated his former best friend Sumbul Touqeer Khan . As a taunt, he stated that her father will probably save her from outside, like he mentioned in his controversial phone call. Their fight even cost her the captaincy last night. Well, tonight the Imlie actress will get her revenge from Shalin during this week’s nominations.

According to the latest promo, BB house’s current captain Ankit Gupta will get a special power. It has not been revealed yet but we are guessing he will either get to nominate someone directly, or save a contestant from eliminations. Meanwhile, Sumbul will nominate Shalin with a sassy remark about how he humiliated her when it was her time to shine. Well, Shalin is quite taken aback with this. With a very emotional expression on his face, he will share that a few days ago someone hurt him.

Shalin will go on to add, “I miss the friend that I had in this house.” He is obviously talking about Sumbul, who we are guessing will also be nominated. Interestingly, after Tina decided to maintain distance from him this Weekend Ka Vaar, filmmaker Sajid Khan claimed that a lonely Shalin will try to mend his broken bond with Sumbul. It wouldn’t be surprising if they did become friends again, because they were quite close in the first few weeks of Salman Khan ’s reality show. Well, apart from Shalin, Tina will be nominated by Archana Gautam according to the teaser. We can’t wait to find out who else is unsafe this week and are also eagerly looking forward to Ankit’s special power.
