Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan's show to start airing from THIS date? superstar hikes his fee again

Salman Khan ’s popular reality show Bigg Boss 16 is soon going to be back with a bang again. Now a recent development surrounding the show’s airing date has come out which will surely make all the fans of the show super excited. Reportedly, the show will begin airing on October 1.

Yeah, you heard that right! If reports are to be believed, then we are just two months away from getting Bigg Boss 16 back on our TV screens. According to a news report in Tellychakkar, the show will premiere on October 1 and Salman Khan will soon start shooting for the promo of the show by the second week of September. But the makers haven’t done any official announcement regarding the same.

The report furthermore mentioned that Salman Khan has once again hiked his fee to a mammoth amount. The superstar has now charged a whooping Rs 1000 crore to host Bigg Boss 16. The publication quoted a source to reveal, “Salman has asked for a three-time hike in fees considering that he hasn’t got a big raise in the past few seasons. This time he is adamant that until he doesn’t get a hike, he won’t be hosting the show, though there is no confirmation on the same.”

Apart from this, there have been several names floating by of the celebrities who are being approached by the makers to be the contestants of Bigg Boss 16. Some of the names reportedly include Aarushi Dutta, Shivam Sharma, Jay Dudhane, Munmun Dutta, Azma Fallah, Kat Christian, Faisal Shaikh, Kevin Almasifar, Baseer Ali, Jannat Zubair Rahmani, Arjun Bijlani , Divyanka Tripathi , Shivangi Joshi , Tina Dutta, Poonam Pandey, Munawar Faruqui, Anjali Arora amongst others. Well, these are some exciting names and it will be nothing less than a treat to witness these celebrities grace the show as contestants.
