Bigg Boss 16: Shiv Thakare beats Abdu Rozik and MC Stan to become the captain for the third time

    Shiv Thakare has become the captain of the house for the third time. The captaincy contenders had to entertain the audience who graced Bigg Boss 16 recently.

    It’s a time of rejoicing for all the fans of Shiv Thakare fans out there! Yes, you heard it right, the contestant has become the captain of the house for the third time. The latest captaincy task will have him beat his fellow close friends and contenders Abdu Rozik and MC Stan to become the new captain. The process also took place according to the votes of the audience.

    The housemates will be asked to choose three contestants who will be the contenders for the captaincy. All the contestants will collectively choose the names of Shiv Thakare, Abdu Rozik, and MC Stan for the same. The trio will then be given a unique task wherein they will have to entertain some fans who will come from outside into the show. These fans will then cast their votes for the contestant whom they feel is the most entertaining. The contestants with the most votes will go on to become the next captain of the house.

    Now the latest promo had seen all three contestants delivering their best to entertain the audience. The audience too could be seen cheering for Shiv, Abdu, and Stan equally. But according to a Twitter page called The Khabri, it has been confirmed that Shiv has gone on to become the new captain of the house.

    It seems that the former Bigg Boss Marathi 2 winner has managed to garner the maximum amount of votes from the audience making him the captain for the third time. However, it is yet to be confirmed whether if anyone else will become the captain with him. For the unversed, Bigg Boss had established a new rule wherein three people will be given the responsibility to manage the house.

    The show recently saw the elimination of Ankit Gupta from the house. Not only this but eight whopping people got nominated for eviction this week. This included Vikkas Manaktala, Sreejita De, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Shalin Bhanot, Tina Datta, Soundarya Sharma, and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia.
