Khatron Ke Khiladi 12: Tight budget of Rohit Shetty’s show affects Shivangi Joshi and Jannat Zubair?

A few days ago the final and much awaited list of celebrities, who will be participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 this year, was revealed. Among many other popular names were television actress Shivangi Joshi and social media sensation Jannat Zubair. Fans are quite excited to see them do stunts on action king Rohit Shetty ’s show. Well, the team jetted off to Cape Town, South Africa to begin shooting this Friday. All except Lock Upp winner and stand-up comic Munawar Faruqui, who will join the contestants in the coming week.

According to the latest report shared by Bollywood Life, a tight budget affected Shivangi and Jannat who had requested to bring their spot boys along. Sadly the channel denied this request. A source was quoted saying, “The channel denied the requests of Shivangi Joshi and Jannat Zubair to take their spot boys along. These two actresses had made a request since they generally travel with them. It looks like the budget of the show is tight.”

The source further revealed, “Also, some celebs at the airport were discussing how they had chosen Ethiopian Airlines instead of a well-known and more luxury airline. But the silver lining is that it has a direct flight to Cape Town so no need of transit time.” Well, it might not be that big an issue for the actresses since the channel has a makeup team and medical assistance on set at all times.

Other than Shivangi, Munawar and Jannat, the celebs who will be participating this year are Nishant Bhat, Rajiv Adatia, Rubina Dilaik and Pratik Sehajpal among others. Jannat’s rumored boyfriend and TikTok sensation Faisal Shaikh aka Faisu will also be seen as a contestant.
