Priyanka Chahar Choudhary reveals she was skeptical about whether she would find work after Bigg Boss 16

Every season of Salman Khan ’s Bigg Boss gets one winner, who takes home the trophy and the cash prize. But there are many others who despite losing end up winning hearts. Well, we were introduced to many such stars during Bigg Boss 16 . While Archana Gautam entertained the audience, Shiv Thakare and Abdu Rozik’s bromance left us wanting more. Another contestant who made headlines with her strong personality, and gave the reality show her all, was television actress Priyanka Chahar Choudhary . Even though she lost to rapper MC Stan, many fans believed that she was ‘janta ki vijeta’.
But did you know Priyanka wasn’t too sure about participating in Bigg Boss 16 when she was approached? In a recent chat with Pinkvilla, the beauty revealed, “So there is a confession. Before participating in Bigg Boss, I was a little skeptical and worried about how my image would look and whether I would get work or not. But now I think I made the correct decision about participating in Bigg Boss. Now everything is changed, and work-wise also I have got many benefits after Bigg Boss. Earlier, it was like we pitched and approached people, but now we get opportunities. Luckily, I feel good about it that I took the decision of doing Bigg Boss.”
Contrary to Priyanka’s doubts, she gained even more popularity and exposure during Bigg Boss 16. In fact, she has been neck deep in photo shoots and interviews ever since her exit, and is expected to announce her next project soon. Just recently there were rumours which suggested that Priyanka is being approached for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Dunki. Well, in an earlier interview, the actress had shared how she’s still waiting for the right project to come her way. She is keen on doing films and making a debut on the digital platform.
Well, we can’t wait to see her on-screen again.
