Shaktimaan actor Mukesh Khanna triggers online backlash for his controversial statement, says if a girl says 'I want to have s*x with you'.....'

Shaktimaan fame actor Mukesh Khanna has once again come under the spotlight after his video having controversial statements about women became viral. The actor got brutally trolled by netizens for his caustic remarks.

In the video, Khanna said, “Koi bhi ladki kisi ladke ko kahe ki, ‘I want to have s*x with you’, woh ladki ladki nahi hai, woh dhandha kar rahi h. Kyunki iss tarah ke nirlaj baatein koi sabya samaj ki ladki kabhi nhi karegi. Agar woh karti h toh woh sabya samaj ki nhi hai. woh uska dhandha h yeh. Aap usme bhaagi daar mat baniye” (If any girl says I want to have s*x with you, she’s not a girl, she is a s*x worker because a girl from good society will not say something shameless like this. As soon as his video surfaced online, furious netizens flooded the comment section slamming the actor. While one user wrote, “Ese Ho kya gya h??? Acha aadmi samjte the ese ye to ghatiya nikla 😣😣”, “This is what your mother said to your father and you were born!! Is she ??” wrote another. Some also took dig at his dialogue from his TV show Shaktimaan. "orthodox kaayam rahe,” said one of the users. "When Shakti and maan dono leaves you,” added another. Another one wrote, "Shaktimaan jab budhape mein sathiya jaye aur shanki man banjaye."

Earlier too, Khanna made headlines for his misogynistic remarks during the Me Too movement back in 2020. He had claimed that s*xual assault and harassment happened only after women started going out to work. Meanwhile, on the work front, he has been part of several TV shows and films. He is best known for his role of Bhishma Pitamah in Mahabharat.
