‘Shalin has done a great job’: Dalljiet Kaur makes a sweet vote appeal for her ex-husband ahead of Bigg Boss 16 finale

After spending over 4 long months inside the Bigg Boss 16 house, getting hilariously schooled by host and superstar Salman Khan almost every weekend, actor Shalin Bhanot has finally made it to the top 5. He has had an eventful and incredible journey during which he not only gave us a glimpse of every expression his face can make, but also connected with the audience with his charming smile and loveable personality. Yes, he made mistakes. But he also won hearts along the way. In fact, his ex wife Dalljiet Kaur feels Shalin did a great job on the reality show.

Dalljiet and Shalin had a nasty divorce but are currently on talking terms for the sake of their son Jaydon, who they are co-parenting. Initially, the actress was not happy with some of Shalin’s statements on Bigg Boss 16. Like the time he told Tina Datta that he and Dalljiet are ‘best friends’, which is not the case. But recently she shared a few supportive posts for the actor on social media. The latest is a vote appeal for Shalin, which Dalljiet posted on her official Instagram handle. In the video, the Kaala Teeka star wished the top 5 all the best before requesting her fans and followers to vote for Shalin.

Dalljiet shared, “Main aaj vote appeal karna chahti hun, Shalin ke liye. I really hope that aap log usse vote karein. He also has done a great job. Itne mahino, family se door rehna, apne comfort se door rehna aur survive karna itself is quite, quite difficult. So I would like to wish Shalin all the very very best. Zaroor vote karna, just two days to go.” Now isn’t that sweet? Even a few weeks ago when Shalin was going through a difficult phase in the show, suffering from depression, Dalljiet had sent him strength by penning a note.
