    Shweta Tiwari 's hourglass figure and ripped abs have been the subject of a lot of attention lately. The actress who has left everyone amazed with the physical transformation and fitness journey however believes in staying healthy more than flaunting her abs.

    The actress whose aspiration figure has been noticed by many on social media where she keeps sharing pictures from photoshoots and sets has said that she doesn’t always have the perfect abs which have been getting her widespread attention lately.

    “I don’t look like the way I am in those photos every day. I shouldn’t be saying this, but people need to know that it is not just a fit body but the lights, camera angle and pose that also helps you look a certain way in the photos. The truth is my abs are defined for two days and I am bloated for the next four," told Hindustan Times in an interview.

    Keeping it real, Shweta further added, “Your body won’t be ripped always, it needs work every day. People want to attain a ripped body in two months, which is not possible. Daily workouts will give you results.”

    The actress spoke about realizing the importance of fitness during the lockdown when the world was locked inside the four walls of their home. Shweta said that it is important to realize that even when one is at home it is important to keep moving to stay fit. The actress said that while there days she doesn’t get to work out she still strives to jog, walk or do skipping at home to stay fit.

    Shweta is 41 and a mother of two. The actress who has been winning the internet with her physically fit form also wowed the audience away last year participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and acing some daredevil tasks.
