TKSS: Ranveer Singh lifts up Archana Puran Singh and Kapil Sharma on the show, comedian jokes about his infectious energy

Ranveer Singh can light up any set her walks onto with his energy and the latest promo of The Kapil Sharma Show is proof. The actor who recently shot an episode of the comedy show with Jayeshbhai Jordaar co-star Shalini Pandey, can be seen owning the set from the moment he walked in.

The actor in fact, literally sweep Kapil Sharma off his feet in greeting and also made an attempt to lift up Archana Puran Singh on the show. The actor’s lively entry made the comedian joke how the actor could charge a phone with amount of energy he exudes.

Promoting his upcoming film Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Ranveer and Shalini took up a few fun challenges on the show as well. While Ranveer impressed with his spot-on translation of Shatrungan Sinha’s iconic dialogue from the movie Kala Patthar.

With Shalini he played Pictionary based on names of Gujarati dishes.

Kiku Sharda in character as Bumper also made the two actors laugh out loud by trying to flirt with Ranveer calling him ‘Jayeshbabu Jordaar’. They also danced together on Ranveer’s song Firecracker from his upcoming film.

Krushna Abhishek as Sapna, on the other hand, made jokes about the excessive use of diya on Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s film in which Ranveer has acted. Krushna joked how the director relaced his car headlights with diya and then the car crashed after the diyas burnt out.

Ranveer’s film Jayeshbhai Jordaar is all set to release in cinemas on May 13. Based on the theme ‘Save the girlchild’, in the film the actor plays a Guajarati guy who stands up against his family to save his unborn daughter. Shalini Pandey who is making her Bollywood debut with movie is playing Ranveer’s wife.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar also stars Ratna Pathak Shah and Boman Irani in key roles.
