Unlike Bigg Boss, Rubina Dilaik is not the highest paid contestant on Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 even with 3x the pay

The ongoing Khatron Ke Khiladi season is quite star-studded. The show has brought together some of the most popular small-screen celebrities like Sriti Jha , Rubina Dilaik , Jannat Zubair , Faisal Sheikh, and Pratik Sehajpal among others. Every year, Khatron Ke Khiladi adds a few former Bigg Boss contestants to the mix and Rubina and Pratik are as popular as they come. 

Rubina, who won Bigg Boss 14 in 2021 and is one of the biggest stars on TV at the moment was the highest-paid celebrity of the season on Salman Khan 's show. It would make it easy to assume that the actress is also taking home the fattest pay cheque for Khatrn Ke Khiladi 12 as well, but that's not the case.

The actress who took home Rs. 5 lakhs per week on Bigg Boss 14 has considerably hiked her fee for Khatron Ke Khiladi and is reportedly being paid Rs.10 - 15 lakhs per episode for the Rohit Shetty -hosted show. However, despite nearly triple the fees, Rubina ranks number three on the list of highest-paid stars on the adventure-based reality show this season.

If your next guess is Pratik Sehajpal you'd be wrong again. The highest paid stars on Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 are Jannat Zubair and Faisal Sheikh. According to ETimes, while Jannat is taking home approximately Rs.18 lakhs per episode, Faisal aka Mr. Faisu is being paid approximately Rs. 17 lakhs per episode.

Rubina ranks third with her pay per episode falling in the range of Rs. 10 - 15 lakhs alongside Shivangi Joshi who is also being paid in the same range. Pratik Sehjpal is being paid Rs. 10 lakhs while Kumkum Bhagya star Sriti Jha is getting Rs. 5 lakhs per episode.

The star of the show, however, is host Rohit Shetty himself who is reportedly being paid Rs. 49 lakhs per episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi 12.
