Chakravyuhs Mehngai song to be released with disclaimer

Bringing displeasure to ace director Prakash Jha, the Censor Board has ordered him to release a disclaimer with his next filmChakravyuh’sMehngaisong. The board has objected to the song, which uses the names of Tata, Birla and Ambani, saying that it is a personal attack on the country's top industrialists. The line of the song, sung by Kailash Kher and picturised on Abhay Deol, is like --Birla ho ya Tata, Ambani ho ya Bata, sabne apne chakkar mein desh ko hai kaata. The director told PTI, "We argued that the names we have used are generic. They have been used symbolically as the general public's idea about industrialists' is that they manipulate the government to make profit. That's the thought behind the song. There is no intention to defame anyone. So we suggested we put a disclaimer". The film which also stars Arjun Rampal and Esha Gupta is based on the Naxal issue and is scheduled to release on October 24.
