Is there a social message in here? There are a few glimpses of that ... divisive politics, dynastic politics, buying vote banks, embellishment of news, rumor mongering ......

The question is how Puri Jagannadh delivers this. Somewhere, lost in this movie, are some good dialogues. Somewhere hidden are moments of humour ( the face off between Pawan Kalyan and Brahmanadam), the matter of fact dialogue delivery of M S Narayana. But overall, not an effective narration.

The narration loses its punch on account of unnecessary songs - atleast 3 of the songs were superfluous, more so because the music was so forgettable. 'Item numbers' can be fun but here skinny 'item' girls and bad music kill the thrill ! Note to 'item girls' - Don't try so hard to seduce the camera. Please.

Tamannah (Cameraman Ganga) will get by with her porcelain complexion but sooner or later she will have to understand that subtlety in acting is more pleasing than overacting . The predominant expressions were two - seductive (in her first scene, quite unnecessary since she was at work !) and over the top tomboyishness. In the second half of the movie, she is a hardly seen.

About Pawan Kalyan (Ram Babu), his character is a not-so-secretive vigilante of sorts, fellow with a heart of gold, intolerant towards injustice - you get the picture. Owner of a mechanic shop, he is introduced to the world of television journalism by Ganga, where he continues his crusade to make the world a better place. His final message, amongst a host of other messages, is individual responsibility as well as social responsibility.

Pawan Kalyan brings nothing new to the role. Maybe he should get into politics.

Kota Srinivas Rao, Tanikella Bharani and Prakash Raj are the baddies. Nasser has a small role. Ali and Brahmanandam are meant to provide comic relief which usually means, in movies made nowadays, that these guys get slapped around. We need better quality comedy !!

For all the hype - disappointing.
