IIFA 2022: From Kartik Aaryan to Ananya Panday, here's a list of stars performing at the prestigious awards

The 22nd edition of the International Indian Film Academy and Awards (IIFA) will have the biggest stars of Bollywood setting the stage on fire with their performances at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

This year, the IIFA will take place on June 2, 3, and 4, with Bollywood's Sultan Salman Khan all set to host the mega grand award show. Celebrities like Shahid Kapoor , Kartik Aaryan , Tiger Shroff, Sara Ali Khan , Ananya Panday , and Nora Fatehi are expected to perform on June 4 during the main awards evening. Ananya will be making her live stage performance debut at the annual event.

While the main event will be hosted by Salman Khan along with Riteish Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul. The IIFA rocks event which will be held on June 3, will be hosted by filmmaker Farah Khan Kunder and Aparshakti Khurana. It will witness singers and musicians including Devi Sri Prasad , Guru Randhawa, Dhvani Bhanushali, Tanishk Bagchi, Honey Singh , Neha Kakkar, Zahrah S Khan, and Asees Kaur flaunt their musical skills.

Stars like Madhuri Dixit, Mithun Chakraborty, Boney Kapoor, Tamannaah Bhatia, Lara Dutta, Nargis Fakhri, Bobby Deol , Sanya Malhotra , Urvashi Rautela , and Arjun Rampal , among others are reported to attend the award ceremony.

Meanwhile, IIFA is returning to the UAE for the first time since 2006, with Abu Dhabi playing host. The event was earlier scheduled to take place in March. But, it has been postponed due regard to the changing circumstances in the spread of the Covid-19 virus globally and keeping the health and safety of fans and the general community at large.

After a two-year hiatus, the IIFA Awards will be held. Earlier, the 21st International Indian Film Academy Awards was postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic, the awards were then announced via the IIFA Instagram account in November 2021.
