Nawazuddin Siddiqui is going to appear on the upcoming episode of Shehnaaz Gill’s talk show Desi Vibes with Shehnaaz Gill. The actor will be promoting his upcoming comedy-drama, Jogira Sara Ra Ra on the show. On Sunday, Shehnaaz teased her fans with a short clip of her fun conversation with Nawazuddin ahead of the release of the full episode. In the video, Nawazuddin could be heard sharing his thoughts about acting, jugaad(hacks), and love on the show.
The video starts with Nawazuddin repeating a quote of Indian philosopher Osho. “Zindagi aise jiyo jaise acting kar rahe ho, aur acting aise karo jaise zindagi jee rahe ho,”he says. Further, he adds that only lunatics join films. He then speaks about Oscar-winning director-writer Satyajit Ray. About his love life, he says that he is pure in love although he lies. He also says that for long races hard work helps not jugaad.
Later, Nawazuddin asks Shehnaaz about her life and plans. To which she replies that she wants to do acting, singing and fashion and then laughs. Shehnaaz then questions his English speaking skills and the latter impresses her with a long statement in English without pause. She then tells him that his eyes speak a lot, after which Nawazuddin retorts, “Aapki aawaz bahot bolti hai(ur voice speaks a lot).” Soon after the video surfaced, the netizens expressed excitement about the upcoming episode. Talking about Jogira Sara Ra Ra, Nawazuddin will be seen opposite Neha Sharma in the upcoming film. Directed by Kushan Nandy and jointly produced by Kiran Shroff and Naeem Siddiqui, the film revolves around the matchmaker, Jogi(Nawazuddin) and Dimple (Neha)who seeks help from him to get rid of her marriage. After turns of events, it is eventually decided that Jogi will marry Dimple and what happens next will be seen in the movie.The film is scheduled to hit theaters on May 26, 2023. .
