However, according to latest buzz, Alia and Ranbir will be tying the nuptial knot in Mumbai on the night of April 15 or the early morning of April 16. The major reason behind pre-poning the wedding is reportedly Alia’s grandfather’s poor health.

A source was quoted saying, “Akansha and Anushka have been friends with Alia for the longest time. They are planning a special party for the actress ahead of her wedding with Ranbir. The party will most likely take place at Anushka's place. And the guest list includes Alia's childhood friends as well.” While the guest list of the wedding is still under wraps, buzz suggests that love birds Vicky Kaushal - Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone - Ranveer Singh have made the cut.
