Ranveer Singh recently jetted off to Dubai to attend the Filmfare Middle East Awards 2022. Dressed in a red suit, he had a big smile on his face as he enjoyed the evening with Govinda, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakhi Sawant amongst others. The livewire of Bollywood also received the award for Superstar of the Decade. Expressing his joy about the same, Ranveer shared an emotional post which read: “Thank you Filmfare Middle East for deeming my cinematic journey to be a glorious one. Honoured to receive this award in the presence of my parents & my screen idols.”
Even though he is one of the most popular and adored celebrities of our country, and the Middle East, Ranveer has zero arrogance. He proved the same recently at the F1 race in Abu Dhabi when commentator Martin Brundle asked who he is. The former racer shared that he has momentarily forgotten who Ranveer Singh is. Being the humble man that he is, Ranveer smiled and replied, “I’m a Bollywood actor, sir, I hail from Mumbai, India. I’m an entertainer.” That’s not all! When Martin spoke about Ranveer’s colorful suit, he joked that he has to send it all back in the morning.

On the work front, Ranveer was last seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Up next, he has two exciting releases on the way-- Rohit Shetty’s comedy Cirkus, which marks his first film in a double role, and the much awaited family dramedy Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Alia Bhatt, which is being directed by filmmaker Karan Johar. We wish him all the success as we eagerly wait to see him shine again!
